Elections

The Board unanimously agreed to move forward with the following election dates:

• Have candidates chosen by end of February
• Ballots will go out the first week of March
• GSN next meeting 2/25 1pm EST

Fundraising

• Send letter to all members and others that may want to join  …stating intent to initiate a 15% commission in order to keep our website platform running
• Chris will follow up with Alex at Phoca Seeds to see if he can still send a contribution

Newsletter

• Will could do a story. Send him any suggested topics.
• Chris will pull together a story on grain trials project.
• Irena will think about a topic she could write something up.
